I’m outgoing, deeply rooted in joy, and inspired by the natural world.

Northern Michigan is where I learned to slow down, look closer, and deeply appreciate the outdoors,

adventure, and everything that grows wild. I’m drawn to animals, plants, and people alike, anything

living, breathing, earthy, organic, and full of soul.

That appreciation for light, nature, and the beauty of things as they are has shaped me,

and it still inspires my photography every day.  

Being capable of documenting moments people will never get

back is something that is humbling to me.

Coming from film where we had limited opportunities to

capture moments, to now being in a modern world where media can often feel

overwhelming for some,  I see picking up a camera as something deeper than taking a posed photo.

I see it as an opportunity to create something you can look back on a decade from

now and be transported right back to that exact moment.

So what's the difference between a posed photo and photography?

Everyone has a different idea, but to me, it’s the ability to capture an organic moment

in a beautiful, intentional way. It’s framing the scene with context and care, knowing your gear,

understanding lighting, all while still moving quietly enough that the moment feels untouched,

like I was never really there at all.



My ultimate goal when I pick up my camera is for my photos to last a lifetime.



It’s about preserving moments, the kind we never get back,

and that’s something I value deeply..

MY BACKGROUND:

I’ve been a professional photographer for 12 years and counting, and have had the honor

of working and learning across the country in many different spaces of photography.

From photojournalism to brand storytelling, to documenting love stories coast to coast,

my journey has been anything but one-lane.

Now, settling into weddings and portraits, what I know I do best,

I work primarily between my bases from the North Coast to the South Coast and work along

side my partner who is now my permanent second shooter.

My style leans bright, true to color with a touch of vibrancy, but every session sets its own tone.

I bring consistency, but I let your personality lead.

Your energy, your story, your connection - that’s what shapes the final image.

No two sessions are meant to feel the same.
